The Ellwanger family came to RBD to design a master suite, entertainment room and game room in their unfinished basement. The house was built in 1997. RBD also designed the renovation for their current master suite into an in-law suite for aging parents that are moving into the Ellwanger residence.

RBD took the time with both the builder and the family in discussing options for the unfinished basement and current master suite. RBD also designed this renovation to allow for future kitchen renovation with a serving bar and possible elevator installation between the main floor and the basement when that feature is needed.

RBD is not finished with the Ellwanger’s residence yet. As we are now working towards a sun/breakfast room addition with a covered patio and deck off the back of the residence. Furthermore, RBD is working with the Ellwanger family in designing a detached three-bay garage with a second story studio.
